Fire Quest

This world, ever changing and ancient was created a very long time ago by a very mysterious power. However very few of us know about this power. Although there is one person who does know. Oldman Youran (58.48) has dedicated his life to the research and understanding of this amazing power. He will be more than happy to explain the mystic power to you and tell you of the five Super Monsters of the five elements. If you are interesting in hearing of this, head to the Bluff near Tree City and find Oldman Youran to begin one of the longest and most challenging quests you have ever faced.

Old man Youran will tell you that you need to pass the tests of the five Super Monsters to unleash the power of that attribute and advance to the ultimate level of being. For the fire quest you will need to collect Tokens by passing the tests of monsters of the fire element.

Token 1

Heabear Sisi in Print Valley will be the one to give you your first test. Heabear heard Pandareens reside in
the cave nearby. He has never seen a Pandareen before and would like you to bring him a Pandareen. If you bring him a Pandareen of level 1, he will give you Fire Token 1.


Token 2

Xinxin (48, 85) rides on a boat around Water City. He longs to enter the martial circle, it is his firm belief
that only by entering the circle can you fulfill your dreams and your potential. However, he cannot pass the
entry test given by GeneralCai due to his poor Kung fu. He will ask you to bring him the Training Book of Hypnotism. If you can bring him this, he will give you Fire Token 2.

Token 3

Your next trial is given by Anan who can be found on the 4th Floor of the Sky Pass. He will explain to you that he is worried about his wife, although he wants to see her; he cannot leave his post in the Sky Pass. So he will ask you to check on her for him.

You will find Ginger in Hill City (65, 71). She will tell you that she has lost her memory, although she does know of a way to restore her memory. By taking a Magic Fungus you can restore your memory. Luckily, Herbalist Joe does have some Magic Fungus, and he will sell you some for 6000 silvers. Herbalist Joe can be found on Hua Mountain Side. Once you give Ginger some Magic Fungus, she will suddenly have her memory restored, and you will be rewarded with the next Fire Token for your deed.

Token 4

Find the Pussifox, Little Hua who is beside the Pond in General Valley. Little Hua is rather fond of fishes, which is why he spends all of his time beside the pond in General Valley. He heard that there are many kinds of amazing fish to be found in Ocean City, however he doesn't have a PingPongFish, so he cannot disguise as one and enter the city. If you can bring Little Hua a Pingpongfish of level 1, he will give you the next Fire Token.

Token 5

Confufox Little Wei who is at Bandit Cave Entry (36,27) will give you your next task. He wants to enter the Bandit Cave because he has heard rumors that it's an amazing place, with all kinds of monsters and treasures. However, his Kung Fu is too weak for him to enter. He wants to learn the Shaolin Kungfu... He will ask you to bring him a Sutra, which teaches the reader how to use Shaolin Kungfu. When you bring him the Sutra, he will give you Fire Token 5.

Token 6

Head for Little Goblin who can be found at Dusk Path (8,28). Little Goblin loves his wife tremendously, his wife told him of how much she loves the white phoenixes found in Phoenix Valley. However, he has no sense of direction and is completely lost in the forest on the Southern Seashore Island and he asks for you to go in his place instead to capture a Phenino from Phoenix Valley. Catch a Phenino of Level 1 and give it to Little Goblin for Fire Token 6.

Token 7

The Lion, Simba is relaxing and soaking up the sun in Rich Plain. He heard that you recently passed your last test and is very excited that you're coming to help him for the next token. His trial is more difficult, however if you persevere you will succeed. Simba asks you to bring him a Brown Box Key so he can open the special chests in the Treasure Crypt. The Peliwhites in the Treasure Crypt may drop the Brown Box Key. When you obtain a Brown Box Key, give it to Simba in exchange for Fire Token 7.

Token 8

Meet with the Chindog, Little Yao in Silver Valley. He is more direct and wants to test your strength directly. He will ask you to defeat 5 Chindogs of level 600. If you defeat them, you will get Fire Token 8.

Token 9

Resent Cave Entry is your next destination, look for Hindog Siya(36, 63) who has your next task ready for you. Upon meeting with him, he will tell you how much he adores Captain Lin's beautiful Jade. However, Captain Lin also loves his change and is not willing to part with it so easily. To persuade Captain Lin to part with his Jade, speak to his brother who lives in Hill City. His brother, Lin Tian is worried about his brother, and wants to you to give an item to Captain Lin. Captain Lin will give you a Jade in exchange for delivering the item from Lin Tian to him.

Captain Lin is in the Arena in Sand City. You will only be able to enter the arena at the following times to meet with Captain Lin:

You can enter the PK Arena at 21:00 Pacific Time.
You can enter the PK Arena at 05:00 GMT.
You can enter the PK Arena at 13:00 Beijing Time.

Once you have the Jade, take it to Siya for your reward.

Token 10

Little Tian hides in the Brassman Cave (77, 57) to avoid the burning sunshine of the harsh Western Desert. He wants an Ice Crystal to help him cool down. Little Tian will tell you that Mr. Maple can refine an Ice Crystal, and that you can meet with Mr. Maple in the Northlands. You must head for the Jade Bridge which is far, far to the North in the freezing cold Northlands. Sometimes, Mr. Maple can be found at the Jade Bridge searching for a Snow Ginseng. You can meet with Mr. Maple at 20:00 - 21:00 Pacific Time.

Mr. Maple will tell you that he is able to refine an Ice Crystal if you give him 6 Ice Stones. Ice Stones are easily obtainable by fighting the monsters living on the Jade Bridge.

Once you have 6 Ice Stones, speak to Mr. Maple again and he will refine an Ice Crystal for you. Please remember to double check you have the correct number of Ice Stones, if you have less than 6 then the creation process will fail and any Ice Crystals you did happen to have will disappear.

Once you have the Ice Stone, take it back to Little Tian and you will be rewarded with Fire Token 10.

Token 11

Your next target is Little Yan who lives in Hill City, he can be found next to the river at (115, 78). Little Yan loves Fireworks, however he can never find Thunderhouse because Thunderhouse keeps moving from city to city to sell Fireworks to people all over the world. Little Yan will ask you to buy him a Firework from Thunderhouse, who will occasionally sell Fireworks in either Hill City or Water City.

You can buy them from Thunderhouse at the Water City Grocery at 16:30 - 17:00 Pacific Time. Once you buy a Firework, give it to Little Yan in exchange for Fire Token 11.

Token 12

Feng Ying ran away from his master to live a life of freedom in the open plains of the North. He currently resides in the Serene Cave (13, 30) which is near Moon Valley. When you speak to Feng Ying, he will explain how he likes living here, although he misses his master back in Water City... Feng Ying will ask you to delivery his letter to Cute Kid. Cute Kid is the little girl who lets players into the church, she stands next to the Water City Drug Store. Once you deliver the letter to Cute Kid, she will write a letter in response to Feng Ying, which you must then deliver back to Feng Ying. Upon delivering the reply to Feng Ying, you will be rewarded with Fire Token 12.

Token 13

Xiao Feng is at Buddha Grotto (3, 61). Xiao Feng is a collector of beads and thinks his precious Fire Bead was stolen by the Birsue Xiao Yue. To continue, you will need to know around 50% of the Fire Catalogue and have registered many Fire Pets...

If you meet this requirement, then Xiao Feng will ask you to speak to the Birsue at Moonbridge to find out whether or not he stole the Fire Bead.

So, head for Xiao Yue and inquire about the Fire Bead.. Xiao Yue will deny he stole the bead and won't be pleased that you have just accused him of being a thief. You will be forced to defeat 5 Birsues of Level 800 if you are to find out where the Fire Beads really are...

After defeating him, he will tell you the Fire Bead was stolen by a Crabia who lives in Ocean City. You must fight with the Crabia's in that area to get the Fire Bead.

After you obtain the Fire Bead, come back to Xiao Feng. If your marching pet is a Wandog between level 800 - 900, with 100 loyalty and a good growth rate (4+), you will pass Xiao Feng's tough trial and be rewarded with Fire Token 13 and the Wandog will receive 200 levels!

Token 14

Set off for Snow City, and look for Luo Ying.. Luo Ying dreams to have a cute little Twinkle as a friend to accompany him in the lonely snowy plains. If you can bring him a Twinkle of level 1, you will get Fire Token 14 as a reward.

Token 15

Little Wolf at Hua Mountain Peak (33, 43) has long admired Snow Ning's true love (Snow Wolf Lake Quest) and he needs a Ball Flower to get a pair of new shoes. Follow through the Snow Wolf Lake quest, then give the Ball Flower to Little Wolf to receive Fire Token 15.

Note: You will need another White Ball Flower for the next stage of this quest.

Token 16

The Old Wolf at Snow Wolf Cliff (27, 26) is close friends with Ms. Butterfly despite the hatred between their two families. Old Wolf is very concerned about Ms. Butterfly after hearing about her recent problems. Old Wolf wants to check on Ms. Butterfly, but cannot find the time to visit her as she lives so far away from him. He will ask you to deliver a letter to her for him. Once you have the letter, head for Tree City and look for Little Linda. Ask Little Linda to send you to Cold Stage where you will find Ms. Butterfly. Give her the letter, once she had read it she will ask you to give her reply to Old Wolf.

When you deliver the letter to Old Wolf, he will give you Fire Token 16 and send you to Amen in Wudang Mountain.

Token 17

Amen hurt himself when learning Kung Fu and wants them help of Master Zhang of Wudang Mountain. He hopes you are able to show compassion, you must use the wave action otherwise he won't speak to you. He tells you that he requires a Celestial Dew and you should speak to Drunk Gaoyang at the Drunkard Tomb for more details. However, before helping you Gaoyang asks you to send a letter to Zhang Ding who lives at the Sword Manor and to find an Amrita Pill. After delivering the letter to Zhang Ding, bring the Wine and the Amrita Pill to Gaoyang, who knows that these two items are required to refine Celestial Dew....

Once Gaoyang refines the Celestial Dew, he will drink a little and then give the rest to you. Take the dew to Amen and he will give you Fire Token 17.

Token 18

Next, find Herluis who is outside the church at (89, 63). You can access the church garden where Herluis is by speaking to the little child next to Water City Clinic, and Herluis will be hiding behind the fence at (89, 63). You won't be able to accept his trial unless you have registered at least 65% of the Fire Category. If you meet this requirement, he will ask you to find him a Music Script. He tells you that the Pandalows of level 1300 in the Hero Tomb may drop the Music Script...

If you have Fire Token 17, then you can speak to Xu Junru of the Great Hall in the Palace at the Forbidden City, and she will send you to the Legendary Hero Tomb. Fight at Legendary Hero Grave 1 and you may get a music script.

Bring Herluis a Music Script and a Quidog between level 800 - 900 with a good growth rate and 100 loyalty points and we give you Fire Token 18. The Quidog will also gain 200 levels.

Token 19

Atum, inside the main tent at the Rich Plain speaks highly of you, having heard of you completing many difficult trials. He welcomes you with your next challenge. You can get Fire Token 19 from Atum and then you will be tested by one of three, ultimate super monsters of the Fire Category. You can only be tested by one of these, so speak to Old man Youran for advice.

Go back to the Bluff and speak to Old man Youran. He recommends you to a different monster according to your answers to a set of questions he gives you.

Mei Ying's Trial ( Fire Token )

Under the instructions of Youran, go to cave below the Water City Inn and look for Angel of Hell. With the Fire Token she will let you in, although usually it's only available to Super Devils, as it is their holy place.

Look for Mei Ying, who will be in the Waiting Cave. In order to proceed, you will need to have knowledge, understand and have registered 80% of the Fire Category. If you meet this requirement, speak to Mei Ying and she will tell you about her relationship with Bi Yun and will ask you to delivery a letter to her. Your task is to help them reconcile.

Speak to Awei in Dusk Path and ask him to send you to the Grass Pool where Bi Yun lives. Give her the letter and she will ask you to retrieve a leveling drug for her sister Xuan Zi (Refer to the Hunting Drug Quest). She will also ask you to bring her Star Earrings to XuanZi together with the leveling drug.

You can find Xuan Zi in the Time Wound at night time.

With BallFlower, you will access to time wound at 7.00am-8.59am. With TrueLoveSeed, you will access to time wound at 22.00pm-23.59pm.

She will accept both items and give you a Jasper Ring. Pass this Jasper Ring on to Bi Yun and she will give you a pair of Fire Earrings for Mei Ying.

Head back to the cave where Mei Ying is waiting for you can give her the pair of Fire Earrings.

If you have the wolf (which evolves from Quidog) at level 800 or above and 100 loyalty, you can proceed and you will be rewarded with a Wind Token. The wolf will then be evolved into the Super Monster of the Fire Category.

BiYun's Trial (Green Token):

After speaking to Youran, you must head for Bi Yun who lives in the Grass Pool. You can access Grass Pool by speaking to Awei at the Dusk Path. Bi Yun tells you how she thinks only warm hearted people should be entitled to power. She recently heard the people of Sand City are in trouble at the moment, and would like for you to go and help them as part of your trial.

Look for Old Man Hu at (75, 66) in Sand City. He will tell you that Sand City's main source of water is currently under the control of a ruthless gang of bandits. They are all the subordinates of Bi Yun's sister, Xuan Zi! If you agree to help, then you will be given a letter which you need to deliver to Xuan Zi.

Xuan Zi can be found at night time in the time wound.

With BallFlower, you will access to time wound at 7.00am-8.59am. With TrueLoveSeed, you will access to time wound at 22.00pm-23.59pm.

It turns out that those terrible bandits are actually Mei Ying's underlings. Help Xuan Zi find her lost leveling drug and she will give you a Topaz Ring. Take the Topaz Ring to Mei Ying and she will give you a Command Token at the sight of the Topaz Ring. Take the Command Token to old man Hu. With this token, the people of sand city can reclaim their Oasis.

Finally, Old man Hu will write you a letter of thanks from the entire nation of Sand City.

Return to Bi Yun bringing the letter with you as proof of your good deeds. When you show the letter to Bi Yun she will give you a Wind Token and a Returning Pill.

To take the returning pull, you must speak to Bi Yun to help you with it, afterwards you will gain 300 levels. (Subject to the maximum level)
