Procedure
Catch a Youdragon more than 300 level in Terrifying Cave 2;
Go to Tree City and ask Little Linda for a bag; Give the bag to
Old Fisher Man in Eastern Dock and enter into Sword Town Yard;
Give Youdragon to Little Yu and get a level-1 Toturtle.

Give Monster Bai the Toturle, he will give you a Training Book.
